This pin features Pascal from the movie "Tangled". Pascal is wearing a miniature version of Rapunzel's purple dress she made for him, from the Scene where we see how she spends her days. He has a wry look on his face and appears displeased. His tail comes out at the right bottom of the dress, his arms are spread. The pin looks like a mirror version of #133079, but the quality seems a lot better.
